Privacy Overview: All calculations and project drafts run and store 100% locally in your web browser. We do not operate a backend database and do not collect or store your room dimensions, project files, or customer records on our servers. When purchasing a Pro subscription, payment and billing data are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.

1. Local Browser Storage (Zero Server Data Collection)

TileFlow Pro operates as a client-side web application:

Project Files & Calculations: Room measurements, tile sizes, grout specifications, cut schedules, and customer project records are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage) on your own device.
No Cloud Sync or Server Transmission: Your jobsite data is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. You can back up or transfer your projects using local .tileflow file export.

2. Payments & Subscriptions (Lemon Squeezy)

When you purchase a Pro Contractor subscription:

Merchant of Record: Transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Lemon Squeezy collects and manages payment details, tax compliance, invoicing, and customer billing data. We never receive or store your credit card or financial account numbers.
License Key Validation: When activating a Pro subscription in the app, your license key is sent directly to Lemon Squeezy's API (api.lemonsqueezy.com) to verify subscription status and issue device activation tokens stored in your local browser.

3. Web Analytics

We use privacy-friendly Vercel Web Analytics to monitor aggregate website performance, page load speeds, and error rates. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party tracking cookies or collect personally identifiable information (PII). See our Cookie Policy for details.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Because we do not store your projects or customer data on our servers, you have direct, total control over your data. You can delete all locally stored projects and settings at any time by clearing your browser cache and local storage.
